Epson Releases iProjection Mobile Projection App for iOS

Printer manufacturer Epson has recently launched an app that will allow users to wirelessly project images and files stored on an iPad or iPhone/iPod touch running iOS 4.2 or higher using one of the company’s compatible printers.
The new free tool works with most iOS devices running features cloud integration and full support is also provided for the Microsoft Office Suite, PDF documents and multiple image formats.
Key features of iProjection listed by the company include:
Display documents loaded in the Epson iProjection app using your Epson projector Display images stored in your iOS “Photo” library Use the built-in projector remote control feature to control input sources, AV mute, freeze, audio settings, and more Send files from your email or cloud storage apps to iProjection appThe app supports Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel documents, as well as Keynote documents and PDF, JPG and PNG images. It also supports Dropbox for cloud-based storage.

Currently, iProjection does not support video playback, animations or mirroring. The app is free and is available now in the App Store.
