iPhone was one of the best inventions from Apple which changed Phones forever. iPhone line of phones began with Steve Jobs directions and it changed people’s view about hand phone. iPhone are in huge demand because of their touchy-feeling. Apple never invented touchscreen; probably they acquired this technology when they snapped with company called ‘Fingerworks’.

 

Apple’s engineer used touchscreen for Graphical User Interface (GUI) to create whole new kind of interface. iPhone gives users the illusion of physically manipulating data with their hand, flipping through the pictures and much more.

 

Release of iPhone 5 is really great news for iPhone lovers. According to rumors, iPhone 5 was expected to release in September-2011. However, because of some reasons iPhone is expected to hit market in October-2011. According to rumors, Apple has planned to sell around 25 million iPhones by end of 2011…sounds amazing!!! iPhone 5 will be 5th in iPhone generation which starts from iPhone original, iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4.

 

There are lots of rumors about features of iPhone, some of them are really funny and unbelievable. Let’s discuss some of those here,

iPhone 5 will be coming with scanner and projector. Android applications can be used on iPhone 5.

Network support - It is expected to support 4G network whereas earlier iPhone supports for 3G network. 

 

Higher Processor - It is expected to have 1.2 GHz Dual Core processor with 1 GB main memory, which means iPhone 5 will be much faster than earlier iPhone releases.

 

Higher Memory – Apple is offering 16GB and 32GB phones since 2009. iPhone 5 is expected to have more memory may be 64GB or more. 

 

Enhanced camera – iPhone 4 has 4 Megapixel cameras and iPhone 5 may be having 8 Megapixel cameras.

 

Higher Signal strength – iPhone 5 will have highest signal strength which is not there in any other smartphone. Apple is working to

enhance the signal strength in iPhone 5. 

 

Face Recognition – This is one more new feature we are expecting in iPhone which will enhance the security in iPhone. With face recognition, user doesn’t have to worry about reading data by others if they lost their iPhone 5.

 

Small thickness – All iPhones has thinner body’s compares to their earlier releases. So, iPhone 5 can be thinnest model which Apple launched till date. 

 

New Design – Apple is best at redesigning their products so iPhone 5 can come with new design and may not have touch button.

 

HD Video chat – Apple launched much awaiting video chatting application in iPhone 4, which makes Video chat a reality. iPhone 5 is expected to further enhance the video chat experience to make it more pleasurable  by making it HD. iPhone 5 is expected to have HD video quality.

 

Longer battery life – iPhone 5 will be coming with more battery backup feature, so that iPhone lovers can play with their iPhone for longer time without charging it more frequently.

 

Scratch resistant screen – Touchy feeling of iPhone makes it different than other smartphones. So Apple is planning to make iPhone 5 screen more robust and scratch resistant. 

 

Built In GPS -  If you get iPhone 5 and you don’t have GPS application then also you will never get lost, as iPhone 5 is expected to have inbuilt GPS.

 

Apart from these features, as a tradition of Apple, you can expect lot more in iPhone 5.
